The fact that I could leave immediately

The pictures and the actual place is not the same! Pics were posted ages ago- desolate. No maintenance, booked for extra restaurant services but there is no restaurant. Rooms are dirty. Reception was rude and ignorant to the fact that what they advertised is not what they offer. Was there for 5 minutes, paid full amount and left. Would love to have my money back.- a complete joke! Would not advise this place to anyone.
