Much appreciated the effort made to give me an early check in

Property is currently under renovation, there is no mention of this in the listing, nor was I advised when I called. Extremely loud: partly because they have used normal household interior doors rather than quality hotel doors as would be expected. Plugs removed from bathroom sink, toilet paper hanger falling off the wall, grout around shower grubby, liquid soap watered down...
