Real nice and cozy hotel with a traditional pub at far price. Great athmosphere and good food. The room was clean and had all amenities. Surprisingly little noice from the pub. Plenty of car park space. Also the breakfast was just fine. Convenient location close to Stansted, Cambridge and North London.

The whole stay was very easy and comfortable. All the staff were very good, service in the bar, restaurant and reception were excellent. The food was very good and very good value. The breakfast was equally good. Definitely recommend a visit and stay here.

Reception is basically a pub so you need to wait for punters to be served before anyone even realises you're there. whole place is noisy walls paper thin. Bath and sink both had dirt and grime. Staff rude then asked to be moved to a quieter room. Ended up just leaving and getting a Travelodge down the road for the same price. Slept like a baby.

Lovely staff,, lovely food and very quiet and peaceful.

i have stayed here quite a few times .real ale comfortable bed and a good breakfast.

Straight forward one night stop over. Bar food good quality.

Room basic and functional but a bit dated and boring for the charge.
