Breakfast became a chaos....we had to wait for not only crockeries namaste cutleries but also for d food But d rooms were excellent Improvement should be on d food namaste dining hall of d inn

We tried dinner at d Inn restaurant but it smelt bad n we had to dine in the hotel restaurant. We asked for room freshener s but d guy could not give

Located in a very quite neighbourhood of Shillong, Windermere inn is a very charming resort with nice views and great staff behaviour.

Breakfast could be better.

Every thing about the place was fabulous. The ambience, the food and most of all the lovely smiling faces of all of the staff members, starting from the security guard, attendants right up to the reception people, everyone was so wonderful. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our marriage anniversary. A big thank you to everyone at Windermere inn.

Loved everything about the place. Nothing to complain about.
