-The location was good. -The staff was very nice and friendly. I thought I would arrive past check-in, and they worked to accommodate my late check-in time (by providing a self-check-in option).

-The aircon had a terrible smell. -My room's leather chair was old and torn...It looked odd. -It was also very noisy, I could hear the noise from the street and people entering and leaving their rooms on my hall.
