Herberg de Brand

I loved the vibe of this property. So homey and charming. I LOVED the horses and the proximity to the Nationaal Park De Loonse en Drunense Duinen. We took our kids for a walk since we’d been traveling all day and the park was a 15-20 minute walk. This park was so amazing!!! It starts off as beautiful woods and then shifts into sand dunes. We were blown away! I also absolutely loved how the staff treated our family. We booked our trip to the Netherlands last minute so most hotels were full. When booking it told us we wouldn’t have enough beds but we decided to make it work. But when we showed up, they made it work for us. She also addressed me by name when we showed up and always made sure a table was ready for our family in the morning for breakfast. She even provided our kids Easter eggs since our first morning was Easter. Such a wonderful find!

Only thing I noticed was an occasional bad smell in the hallway. Not sure what it was from. The property was clean and well taken care.

Leuke locatie, makkelijk bereikbaar, zeer vriendelijk personeel, flexibel, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, mogelijkhed om ook in de middag en avond te eten, ruime en mooi ingerichte kamers, kortom een aanrader!
