Nothing really next time I stay if weekend will ask to have a room away from the bar
GBComfy, quiet, very conveniently located for town/beach/train station. Room (no.5) smallish but the space is well-arranged. Hot powerful shower, good TV, bed was comfy and I slept well. Easy to get in and out - I'm a very early riser so it was good to know I could go out at dawn without disturbing others.
A desk would have been useful, also a shower mat as shower floor was slippery.
GBI stayed here with my husband and 2 special needs children in the family room and my sister in a single room.I was so homely and everyone was so welcoming,my children felt very comfortable here which is unusual for them. Thank you John. Will definitely book again next year.

GBGBThat the beach was really close to the pub.
The bed was broken and the shower was also broken it was noisy with banging all hours of the night to early morning woke up me and my partner and little one had about 10 hours sleep in the 5 days we was there would not recommend even the kitchen that was there was off limts couldn't warm my baby bottles and the bloke John that ran if was really miserable and unfriendly would never stay there again.
GBGBNice comfy beds, brilliant location within minutes from train station, centre and beach. Room was nice and big. Added extra a sunroof terrace we could use.
Noisy when night's and karaoke was on but was expected. Only thing there were no towels but thankfully I brought one with me for the beach so I didn't have to buy one just had to share it with my daughter
