GBProperty was clean and tidy. The location was ideal, close to the station and sea front.
The bathroom door was stiff and could be difficult to close, so found we left it open even when using the toilet, which we would have preferred to shut it.

location was fine, the bathroom smelled strongly of damp, the bed was uncomfortable and the room was very hot! No opening Windows. The noise from the pub on the Friday and Saturday night unbearable with very loud music till 1am! The landlord was unresponsive to a polite question about the house when asked if the downstairs door could be closed to reduce the noise!

I know it's a pub so we did expect a bit of noise but we chose a weekend when there were a couple of parties that didn't finish until after 1am.
