"Zaplanuj swój pobyt w Planie koniecznie"

Wszystko było super, lokalizacja, ładny wystrój, świetne pokoje, wygodne łóżka. Jedzenie wyśmienite , przemiła obsługa, która nawet przechowała nasze rowery elektryczne w bezpiecznym miejscu. Czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze, polecam wszystkim wymagającym klientom. Cena idealna , to był nasz nocleg na zwiedzanie pobliskich miejsc i powiem, że na pewno skorzystam w przyszłości ponownie.

Na wielkie uznanie zasługuje obsługa restauracji w szczególności pan Klaudiusz, oraz drugi pan.

Zawirowanie z płatnością wywołaną zmiana terminu jaka narzucił obiekt. Brak wsparcia ze strony hotelu w tym temacie, trochę spychologia. Choć na obronę muszę dodać, że manager starał się jak mógł naprawić sytuację. Także lekki niesmak został, bo sumarycznie hotel zmienił mój termin pobytu, ale kontakt z bookingiem w sprawie zwrotu nadplaty zrzucił na mnie.
