Schönes, grosszügiges Zimmer, direkt unter dem Dachstock, mit modernem Badezimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das "Menu surprise" am Abend war hervorragend. Wir haben die kurze Zeit im Hotel schwarzer Bären sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber optimal eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ich finde es toll, dass es in Andermatt noch preiswerte, bescheidenere Unterkünfte gibt. Und das Abendessen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet!
