Adler Hotel

The location of Hotel Adler was just perfect--a 5 minute walk (mostly downhill) from the train station and right on the main street shopping street! Room was comfortable, food was great. But the thing that impressed me the most was the service that they staff provided. I'd say they went above and beyond to help us with everything from food choices, to hiking experiences, to travel information and they did everything they could to make our stay wonderful! I was especially impressed by Matjaz Leu (we called him Matthew). He was so kind and helpful and literally bent over backwards to help us so many times on our 3 days in Appenzell and I really appreciated how sweet and kind he was!

Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Herrn Leu herzlich empfangen. Zu unserer Freude durften wir, obwohl wir ein Low-Budget-Zimmer gebucht hatten, das wunderschöne traditionelle Zimmer im zweiten Stock beziehen. Den perfekten Start in unseren Aufenthalt rundete ein ausgezeichnetes Fondue ab, das wir uneingeschränkt und wärmstens empfehlen können.
