Great location near subway and amenities. Clean, comfortable modern/traditional. Staff friendly and helpful. If visiting Boston again from Scotland would stay here.

I cancelled this reservation because the site was presented as accessible and it wasnot. My wife has severe arthritis both knees. She is 88 and I am 85. The hotel was going to put us in a room at the top of two flights of stairs with no elevator. My wife is incapable of climbin one full flight of stairs, We had to go to another Booking hotel half an hour's drive away, the Wyndham Hotel at 5 Blossom Street. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY FOR THIS CHANGE. THE PROPERTY WAS NOT AS CLAIMED.
