1) Staff of private property too rude. 2) During booking stated car park is free, but during check in only allowed 1 car park at basement of apartment. 3) property name different from actual booking. Actual property name is Star regency Hotel & Apartment. 4) After confirm the booking the location map received by totaly different. Have to call the owner to get the guide.

I call pic if they provide towel,pic said so confident they provide 6 pices towel, but when i come only 2 towel they provide . Pishangg
