Lovely area, busy little pub, staff very helpful and nice.

Church clock a bit noisy every 15 mins

Location was ideal for a function we were attending.

When we arrived after a 3 hour drive there appeared to be only one employee who was collecting glasses from the beer garden. After about 8 minutes the staff member said our room was ready but unfortunately couldn't find the key. After about 10 minutes following a couple of phone calls a key was located. This delay made everything a bit of a rush as we were attending an Evening Wedding Reception.

It was lovely and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was parking right outside. Nice breakfast provided.

The bathroom area is separated from the bedroom by a partition wall that doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling so every little thing happening in the bathroom can be heard in the bedroom. And I mean every little thing! Also, there was no food available the evening we stayed, which was a shame.

Easy parking,good location,well though through

Nothing negative, just a bit picky would prefer not to use small fixed plug(traveller kettle) Difficult to use catering facilities as armchair in the way , and plug position on left and narrow shelf left little space to make tea and porridge. Suggest to remove large tray replace with smaller maybe and use smaller mugs to utilise space. Breakfast diy continental was good but spoon too small and no spoons provided with drink,may be an oversight.

Comfortable rooms overlooking green spacious

Next door to a church and the bells rang every 15 minutes . So not a very restful night.

Wonderful location, very friendly pub with reasonable prices. Rooms beautifully furnished and bed very comfortable. Lovely view and we liked the church bells - they don't disturb sleep!

The breakfast basket really let the accommodation down. There is a wonderful farm shop down the road. Rather than poor quality commercial/factory produced 'food', offer a croissant/pastry and fruit from the farm shop. It will reflect the quality accommodation so much better.
