Great staff, very accommodating and helpful. Was able to have breakfast in the bar area so our dog could be with us as well. "Womble" loved the breakfast sausages.

Room was quite small. Shower room needed an update, but shower was warm and powerful.

Places was scruffy and, with work going on, was uncared for. No apology for work. Reception took payment off my card when booking.com had already done so. I had to ask for a refund. Breakfast was poor. Menu said prunes, but there were none. I wasnt asked if I wanted toast, and when I asked it never came and the staff disappeared. Pot of tea was tiny. The placed was unloved and looked like time had passed it by.

Die Zimmergrösse wäre in Ordnung, sowie ein eigenes Badezimmer und die Lage des Hotels.

Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft und alles wirkte etwas schmuddelig. In einem Raum des Hotels wurde eine geschlossene Party veranstaltet mit lauter Musik und laut feiernden Gästen bis ca. 23 Uhr. Da wir Wanderferien machten, passte das für uns nicht und wir hatten auch nicht mit sowas gerechnet. Das Personal war unaufmerksam.
