"A well run establishment, highly recommend."

We didn't have breakfast, but dinner was excellent. Very helpful and well trained staff.

Only downside is parking not on site.

When we arrived we were welcomed and nothing was to much trouble The buffet Breakfast was adequate the room was satisfactory

A small table to eat breakfast The noise in the kitchen was quite loud late at night The shower was very poor no water pressure

"Great staff, perfect place if you’re going to Edinburgh and don want to pay silly prices!"

The staff were incredible! We were an hour late to check in due to doing the ghost tour in Edinburgh centre and they rang us to make sure we were ok, also incredibly accommodating when we arrived.

"Everything that we wanted."

Exceptionally friendly staff and owner. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. Food was good, everyone was helpful and went out of their way. Really well run, very clean and warm.

There was nothing at all that we did not like.
