The location was right downtown!! The bedroom was massive and super comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options and was yummy! Lots of towels and blankets provided.

The shared bathroom was odd. No hair dryer in bedroom or bathroom.

The location is great and the breakfast beside the lake was fantastic.

The sound proof is poor and the staff looks not so friendly.

It has a nice view from the window, clean toilet, and very good breakfast buffet by the lake

We could hear the other guests’ footsteps from the other room

Excellent location right in the heart of Hallstatt. Large comfortable room. having breakfast on the decking on the edge of the lake was a real bonus

Only slight issue was people in next door banging around at 4 am one morning, apparently preparing to leave. This was in no way the fault of the host

The location was great. It is right in the center of Hallstatt! I recommend the stay if you dont mind the creaks of old wooden floors and beds. Location of the hotel gives you a great opportunity to make the most of Hallstatt when day tourists leave the town and you enjoy the peacefulness of the place in the late evenings and early mornings.

The breakfast was pretty basic. As it is a very old building, the floors and the bed creaks a lot!
