De gezelligheid in de bar

Geen stoelen op de kamer en we hadden aangegeven dat we slecht ter been waren en een kamer beneden wilde hebben maar we moesten 2 oude trappen op en dit was niet gemeld

All good, would have liked an evening meal but was booked up. Maybe my fault or should it have been suggested to me on booking

Breakfast great and served piping hot. Location in lovely village, and handy for the A66 to the M6

V Vriendelijk personeel. Goede kamer. Heerlijk ontbijt. Leuke pub. Very polite little boy brought us the breakfast. Hope for the future:)

The traditional pub with lots of lovely features. Set in a rural village location. Great for dogs and walks. The food was fantastic too. We had dinner and drinks in the pub in the evening and a cooked breakfast was included. All the staff were lovely.

Our room was directly above the pub so there is a bit of mild noise but only voices not any music.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Rooms undergoing upgrading , very comfortable beds. A big thank you to Steve and his team for making our stay very enjoyable . Lovely well kept beer in the bar and fantastic breakfast,

WiFi was hit and miss but was being upgraded the morning of our checkout

A wonderful welcoming and helpful new family have took over the Boot and Shoe inn. The Landlord couldnt do enough for us and even took us to a local wedding we attended. As they are in a transition phase we were unable to have a cooked breakfast but were provided with a more than suitable continental alternative. Bedroom was a good size with new carpets and a renovated bathroom, the bed was huge and comfy. The inn is full of character with low doorways so watch your head!
