Lovely Inn, built by owner and operators Keith and his wife Elizabeth. Quiet peaceful location on Lake Ainslie. Good breakfast provided. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly.

Property has not been kept up, landscaping overgrown, no access to lake. Exterior of Inn needs some TLC. There is no WiFi, no A/C. Mattress was very uncomfortable (like sleeping on plywood), terrible pillows. Little or no water pressure in shower, limited hot water. No restaurant on site making travel back to town inconvenient. 4 star rating may of applied 10 years ago, but has not been kept to that standard currently.

Breakfast was nice.

Location- no where to eat dinner. Their website showed pictures and a menu of dinner, but found out they haven't served dinner since Covid. Little disappointed. We booked 2 single beds because it said it was the last room, but when we got there, there was only one other couple there. Why wouldn't they move us or ask us if we wanted a queen bed?

"Really an isolated location but part ways along the Cabot Trail and its isolation is part of charm."

Friendly owner checked me in. The setting is very peaceful and quiet. Nice wood floors throughout the Inn which looks like a restored farmhouse. Great view of Lake Ainslie off the large rear balcony.

Nothing so far. Breakfast is included and owner said he was making eggs and bacon.

There is no nearby place to eat, you have to travel about 20 minutes to find any restaurant.
