Close to the beach and friendly front desk manager. Place is clean

There’s no running water in the rooms. One bathroom per floor. Being flexible is imperative.

"It was more like a college dorm than a hotel. My car was parked in front of a neighbor's house."

It was the cheapest room in the area.

I didn't realize that the bathroom was down the hall and shared. It seemed more like a halfway house than a hotel.
