Spacious Studio with Incredible Balboa Park View

The manager of the property (Ali?) was very prompt in responding to my requests. We had mistakenly expected the studio to have a double and a single bed. It only had a double, but the manager organized a single mattress for us, going so far as to order it as they did not have one. The night that they could not provide the mattress, I was given another empty studio free of charge. This was exceptional service and hospitality.

Easy to park

Walls are like paper. We couldn’t sleep because our neighbors was watching tv until 4am!. Was a nightmare. We hear people like we live with them. No intimacy

It was super close to the Balboa Park, 30 minutes by walk to the the seaport, 15 minutes by walk to the downtown.

The only thing that I can say there were no a chair and a desk in the room

This property has terrible customer service and is potentially a scam. I booked a studio for 3 guests based on the website listing, which indicated that there would be two beds in the room and charged me $197.00 for one night. Upon arrival, we realized there was only one double bed in the room. This perhaps would have been understandable if this was a 3 or 4-star hotel, based on the fee for one night, but this property is definitely not a 3-star hotel by any stretch. The manager or owner of the property was not onsite to discuss this issue upon arrival (at 9 PM), did not return my calls (only replying by e-mail), refused to accept cancellation or refund or service based on this misrepresentation, charged us $150 although we didn't stay at the property, and cost us time and money in having to rebook the night of our stay. Additionally, the property has thin walls and is directly under a flight path for the San Diego airport which, if we had stayed the night, would have been quite difficult to sleep through. This is the worst customer service experience I have had with a property on booking.com to date after 5 years of using the service, and I have never had an experience like this especially for the amount being charged by this place. I would recommend anyone avoid booking with this property.
