The location was great! Right next to the river and the downtown area. I really appreciated the detailed instructions and recommendations provided by Bronwyn. Would definitely recommend and come back!

The room was clean and ready when I arrived. Interesting decor and good instructions posted about whom to text in case of a problem. Nice little fridge, kettle and coffee maker.

I didn't realize that because my room had a "city view", it faced the busiest street in Stratford. Traffic (including transport trucks) made sleeping very difficult. I left after the first night to book into a much quieter location. I would imagine the other rooms (facing the river) would be much quieter.

Lots of stairs to get to my room...be prepared. Would have liked some extra hangers and a washcloth or two. I'm sure the owners would have provided some if I'd mentioned it.

Very stylish room! The perfect view of the river snd and an ice cream shop right next door. The host was very informative and it was easy to locate and access the room. Great there was an included parking spot!

No complaints! I will say the stairway is very steep to get to the rooms, so this would be difficult for some to manage with luggage. Thankfully we had the first room only halfway up the stairs (Swan Suite).

didn’t like that there were some corners cut. the floors were vacuumed and no slippers were offered. the soap was very watered down and a lot of things were broken.

The room is well done ... over sized Print , very comfortable bed !! Great location to the main street in Stratford ... all the shops , restaurants etc ...

Unfortunately the owner had to enter our room to fix the WiFi .. the box was in our room and i would suggest that maybe it gets moved. She did apologies and sent a bottle of Bubbly, very nice
