Stairs are a problem for older folks and lugging a suitcase. Rooms fabulous and location great

Excellent location, especially for Tom Patterson theater. Easy self-checkin with smooth communications. Rooms hotel-sized but more nicely appointed. Walking distance to restaurants and river. Just right for a couple. We'd stay again.

Quite a few stairs to the rooms. A little road noise.

Excellent location. Very creative decor. Helpfulness of Bronwyn in assisting us to find our parking spot. Selection of books to browse. Helpful info. in the room regarding places to eat, etc.

Difficult to find parking spot. One small suggestion - a mat for the tub to improve safety. The sound of the air-conditioner switching on and off disturbed my sleep.

Downtown location, comfort, cleanliness

It’s extremely difficult to find (just a small, anonymous door in a row os shops), and the stairs are a real killer.

My friend and I had such a good time here!! We felt really safe as female travellers because the doors lock at several points to enter the building and it’s in a very central location of stratford’s downtown area. The room door’s lock is a bit finicky but we figured out that you need to wait a second after punching in the code for it to unlock. Everything was clean and well maintained! We went for strolls in the morning and could pop back inside if we needed to rest. It’s a small room, but they’ve made really good use of the space such as placing the bed with plug outlets on each side. Communication was great. We found the included parking spot to be especially useful as it was close by and available 2 hours before check-in time. I’d stay here again!

I don’t recommend more than two people to stay in this room. I would have liked it more if they had a microwave and a bigger fridge.
