Die wunderbare, ruhige Lage, schönes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett, tolles Frühstück.

The location was absolutely stunning. It is a beautiful secluded chateau about a km up the mountain with a wonderful wine bar, beautiful patio and view. An amazing place to enjoy coffee, wine, and company. The staff was kind, caring, and friendly. Breakfast was local and fresh and having my coffee on the patio made for a fantastic morning, before going out to explore the region. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Because it is secluded and there is no dinner service, we had to go down to the town to eat. The staff is amazing at providing local restaurant information and even made reservations for us! But since I wanted to enjoy the wines in the region we had to walk into town. Although, it was also a blessing as the roads and trails in the area are a very pleasant walk. There is a stations of the cross walking path that leads you right back to the property so that you do not have to walk the roads. It was a very nice walk after enjoying the local cuisine and drinks.

The hotel is on the top of the hill. We liked the self-check in so there is no rush in coming to the specific check-in times. There is a winery with a big terrace facing views from the hill, which is open for hotel guests from 6pm. which is self-catering - you can pour and try wines by yourself at the bar and mark what you have consumed in a booklet for which you will have to pay on the day of check-out.

The air-conditioners in the rooms were really weak and they were placed in a weird room place - far far away from the bed you were sleeping, so in the end the night was hot to sleep even the air-con was on.
