"Would like to see fixing the small details"

We have been here a few times. Seems like “Attention to Details” was not as good as in past visits. Cold temperatures in bathroom, lamps that didn’t work, Microwave out of reach on top of cabinets, assumed not to be working. The bed was comfortable and sheets , furniture and bath clean.

"Superb"

Cereal for breakfast or muffins. Lots of coffee is offered. Perfect area and the last minute worked great.

A little outdated but that was the intent of this inn.

"Great Location for a Banner Elk Getaway"

This Inn was perfect for our weekend ski trip. The location, closed to Banner Elk was great.

The bed mattress needs to be replaced.

"This Inn was adorable, well kept and a reasonable distance from the mountain."

The Inn is super cute and well decorated. I was thrilled to see how creative they were in heating the rooms.

The thin walls and ceiling made it easy to hear neighbors above and next door. Our room was inches from the back door. We could hear every person come and go.
