USThe staffs are very Courteous and Professional, The hotel had good size room and bathroom with all the basic amenities. The hotel room and bathroom were very clean and I loved to take shower in this hotel because the shower had good gush or force of water and hot water was available 24 hours a day. The staff were very helpful in arranging my trip to Ajanta & Ellora and also the lady staff who went through all the trouble to arrange Dollar exchange at the hotel. I asked Vikram, the attending staff, how much would be the charges if I overstay for 4 hours because my train leaves at 4PM and checkout time is 11Am, Without hesitation he answered smilingly, "no charges, compliments of the hotel" that was a very pleasant surprise. Also, the breakfast server, Surya is also very attentive and courteous staff.
There's nothing I didn't like.
INWe booked this hotel 1 day befire our visit. While we are reaching hotel, we got call from hotel reception that they do not have rooms available. It seems hotel facility had given accommodation on higher Rates or there is misscoordination between Bookings.com and hotel management.
Did not stay at this facility, As reception told there is no rooms available eventhough we booked and got confirmation of our booking 1 day prior to our visit. Bad management.
INThe entire staff is excellent and helpful. The rooms were neat and clean. The taste of the food was very good.
The complementary breakfast needs to be improved to more options for breakfast like bread/jam, Idly, Dosa, etc..
