Lugar muito bonito, a vista linda, funcionários excelentes, acomodação boa.

Lugar é lindo mas, a estrada de terra não é legal, o carro suja muito e é um pó terrível, quem é alérgico sofre.

It’s cozy and very clean. The staff is awesome.

The management was very accommodating to us for a late night check-in, which was very helpful since we were arriving late from a long drive. They left the key in the room and allowed us to enter at any time. The room itself is very tidy and clean, with nice furnishings and a big bathroom. The hygienic products provided were high quality and a lovely find. The checkout procedure was equally as effortless and took less than 5 min.

The access road is unhardened and in bad condition. The WiFi did not work very well, or sometimes not at all. You had to put effort into seeing the lake from the room. And, the view was obstructed by a fence. The overall property size was much less than expected and on a steep incline. This was unfortunate since we were hoping to go for some evening strolls. There was no 'do not disturb' sign provided. As a result the room was entered and cleaned while we did not need or want this. During the cleaning our things were moved around and reorganized, which was an unpleasant find when we returned to the room.
