We had an exceptional stay. Giacomo, the owner, went above and beyond to not even meet, but exceed our expectations. He was super kind, welcoming, and available. The room was super cozy, big TV, amazing perfume, great amenities and toiletries. It shows the care and attention to detail Giacomo has for his guests. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for a perfect stay in Cesenatico! The location is fantastic as well, right in the heart of the city center.

The room is nicely refurbished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s located by the Porto Canale with easy access to all restaurants and bars. Giacomo is an extremely kind host, very attentive to all the needs of its customers.

Giacomo is an excellent host. He runs a lovely B&B in a fantastic location, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. There is also a large, secure parking area right next to the property, which is incredibly convenient if you are traveling by car. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was Giacomo himself. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help. His recommendations for local seafood restaurants were outstanding—we enjoyed some truly memorable meals thanks to his advice. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

Great location at the top of the canal. Clean and modern design. Comfortable. Nice soaps/lotions. Giacomo is one of the most helpful and friendly hosts you could ever find. His recs for eateries were outstanding. We had the spacious Jr Suite, perfect for our party of three. We would definitely return.

Camera piccola ma provvista di tutto, pulita e confortevole. Parcheggio gratuito a due passi, posizione ottima all’inizio di Porto Canale, pieno di locali. Giacomo, il proprietario, è il vero valore aggiunto del soggiorno: simpatico, disponibile e molto premuroso, cerca di rendere il soggiorno speciale! Grazie di tutto :)

Il bagno è molto piccolo ma comunque funzionale!
