very quiet area - however beautiful
GBVery quiet,owner was nice and very attentive.
Didn't like the set up,guest lounge was where the owners family ate their meals and watched TV, it felt like we were intruding to go back to our accommodation. The bar and restaurant needed a good clean and was cold and not very inviting.The food was OK.The gardens and deckinging needed a clear out and not in very good condition.English Breakfast very small,not much in the selection of cereal,no fresh fruit.Would have been nice to have a TV in our room.
GBGBGBGBWas made to feel at home immediately . Evening meal freshly made and tasty. We were asked if we would like to take part in the quiz and this was a lovely start to our weekend. All the staff were very friendly and down to earth.
The steps and steep slope to the cabins, this is not mentioned in the information. Although we did take the car up the slope on the second night and this took away that issue . Maybe a mention would take away the issue for people with mobility issues .
