Clean and quiet. Good location within the town.

Far from the rest of the town. Lady at front desk seemed impatient.

Location was good. Price good, facility condition good, no bugs, no chipped paint or anything. Overall decent.

Flooring appeared new but I don't know how long it's been since it's been mopped. Our Sox were black. Also, although the AC worked, walking around in Sox left your Sox feeling damp...

This is the second time I've stayed there in two months and the rooms are some of the cleanest and neatest ones I've stayed at in years. I will continue to return to stay there on my next trips to the area in 2026. It is also extremely comfortable sleeping there. The staff is also great and they obviously really know how to operate a quality lodging like this one.

A/c and heat horribly noisy

It was exceptionally clean and the interior looks brand new. The exterior is also spotless and very pleasant. It's nothing fancy, but the cleanliness, comfort and price combined was exceptional. I will definitely be staying there again in the near future when I am back in the area.

Nothing as there was nothing I disliked at all.

This location is always clean and the staff is super friendly. The beds are comfortable, and I always sleep well when staying here. This is my go to place in Gatesville, and I've stayed at most of the motel locations.

The only thing I don't like is having to bring my own hairdryer but it's not a huge deal. There might even be one in the rooms and I just didn't see it.
