"A great apartment but disappointed"

Apartment is in good size and at a perfect location.

When we checked in : 1) Shower gel and kitchen detergent are not filled up. 2) Bird poo everywhere at the balcony and also at entrance end up we are not dare to sit at the balcony during our whole stay.
