It was located in a convenient part of town. The condo itself was clean and spacious. It had a good layout with plenty of amenities.

The worst part of the property was the loud noises from the neighborhood. There was live music at all hours especially in the early morning. Construction was also going on during the day.

The bathroom was to small

The staff was very accomadating when we showed up earlier, then checked in, and it has a washer and dryer (but it doesn't dry). Air-conditioned units work great, very quit compared to other places we have started in Mexico. It fits our family of 5 adults well, has all streaming sites available for tenets use. Upper Patio was beautiful, has bbq, drinkable water, lots of seating.

The unit was in various states of disrepair, needed a deep cleaning, dryer didn't work, and both showers leak all over the floor. Check out time on the rules said 12, but we were told we had to be out by 11

It is very equiped and the location is incredible.

I will suggest to check the level of chlorine of the swimming pool and swipe the dirt u der the sofa sine I found a electronic cigarette of other host.
