New Modern Deluxe Apartment in Kallithea

The location is new, well equipped (coffee machine, washing machine, vacuum cleaner), has very large windows, has a view of both the city and the sea as well as the pool. The apartment is well divided on two levels, the lower part has the living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom and the upper part has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathrooms are modern.

I didn't like the fact that for a week no one cleaned, the towels and bedding were not changed, we ran out of toilet paper and soap and had to buy our own. We also had to wash and clean ourselves. the apartment is quite narrow, the bathrooms are cramped, the tiles in the showers are very slippery, our child fell and hit himself quite badly and scratched his hand on a metal element of the shower door. The fan in the upstairs bathroom falls from the wall and is not attached, in the living room there are no more curtains, you could only see the traces from the support brackets, also the wifi has not worked for the last 4 days. Communication with the caretaker who takes care of the apartment was very difficult, he doesn't know English, it was very complicated until we found him to give us the keys to the apartment, I called him and he hung up on me to look on google translate, then we started a difficult communication on WhatsApp. Another thing that I don't like is the fact that after you make the reservation and pay, you are told that you have to give a guarantee of 300 Euros in cash. This thing is not told to you before you make the reservation and to be honest it seems to me a rather large amount considering what the apartment has to offer.
