No había ni un botecito de gel,champú o simple jabón...Las camas no eran lo más cómodo y chirriaban. Y nos dijeron que teníamos que abandonar la habitación a las 11, ni siquiera las 12 como en todos los sitios

Que haya sitio para aparcar cerca, su ubicación y precio..Buena limpieza

Que no haya aire acondicionado, ni ventiladores, los solicité pero no tenían ,llevamos días de mucho calor en la calle y la temperatura en la habitación es elevada dificultando el descanso. No hay ascensor. Camas ( somieres, almohadas...) muy básicas. La habitación individual 37 pequeña.

Nothing

I made a reservation for one night. I then added another. Because of this I had to change rooms. I used to be a reservation manager so had no problem with that. I asked to leave my rucksack there until I could check in again later. The answer was we have no place to put it. I had to carry my bag in a heatwave for 4 hours. I'm pretty sure the person running here also lives in the building. There was no effort to even try to help. I have never come across this in all my years working and staying in hotels.
