Everything was perfect! The bed was really good and the bathroom too. Breakfast and coffee was tasty.

Super nice location, incredibly clean and tidy room! Great contact with the hotel (we came late evening, got all the details shared via phone and sms), warm welcome in the morning at breakfest. Highly recommend!

We stayed there on two occasions while travelling to and back from destination in Italy. Location of the property was in a quiet and pretty country side surrounding. The rooms and bathroom was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The playground outside is excellent with great toys selection for toddlers. The breakfast was delicious and from early morning (7am) which was great. It would have been 10/10 rating if not the below downsides…

Around a week before our first stay we were informed that a restaurant will be closed from 3pm due to private event with no more info and no recommendation for other places in the area. It was a shame as after a long drive we were looking forward to just drop the driving and unwind in the same place. When we got there it turned out it was owner’s son 30th birthday party held mainly outside with loud music playing. We were also informed that breakfast next day will be delayed from 8am rather than 7am due to that. On top of that, at 9.30am we had to ask the owner to lower/turn off the music as it was still really loud given we were with two small toddlers, and were told it will be off from 10pm. Finally, on our return stay on Tuesday we were told that restaurant is usually closed on Mondays and Tuesdays but we were not informed about it before or is not clearly communicated. However, a positive experiance in all other areas made us give 7 and not a lower overall rating.

Spacious and cozy rooms, plenty of parking space, kids playground with a lot of activities, great dining facilities on the grounds and the place is located on a peaceful hilltop overlooking the valley. Overall, it was a lovely place that we'd return to

The weather was very hot and humid and so was our room even with the windows open. An aircon or a fan would be a blessing in these conditions.

Everything was perfect- beautiful location, very comfortable and clean room, friendly staff and super tasty food:) there was also big garden with place to play for children:)
