A acomodação é simples, mas possui todas as amenidades de uma pousada. Ótimo custo benefício para quem quer aproveitar o sul de Florianópolis ou ficar perto do aeroporto.

O bairro tem um supermercado e restaurantes, mas não tem muitas opções como outros bairros de Florianópolis (Trindade, Santa Mônica e etc).

Acomodação muito justa para o que oferece. É uma pousada para ficar às vésperas de ir ao aeroporto Hercílio Luz. Quarto razoável com banheiro privativo, TV e ar condicionado. O café da manhã fica disponível em uma caixa própria na geladeira e outros itens de bebida e alimentação ficam disponíveis para compra.
