Localização, em frente à praia.

1) O anuncio é bem mais legal do que o quarto em sí. 2) O café da manhã sempre faltava algo se chegasse perto do fim. Tínhamos que pedir reposição. Acho que dá pra melhorar isso.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It is near everything, it has a market besides and several restaurants around. There was ar conditioning (really useful!!)

They did not clean the flat not even once - the trash was really full, no acoustic insulation (we could hear everything in the other rooms when the extremely loud ar conditioning was not turned on). I felt that the place was neglected, it needed some attention. Some small things would improve a lot the place. The breakfast starts really late (8am). We traveled with a baby under one year old, and despite informing them in advance, no one replied, and they did not provide a crib.

Location. On the beach and close to the ferry port.

It appears to suffer from a lack of maintenance - leaks, lack of paint, broken windows, etc.

The breakfast was average nothing special. Moderate variety but not all that tasty.

We have noticed this throughout Brazil that none of the staff has an English skills. I realize we are in a Portuguese speaking country, but it would be helpful if one staff member had some English or Spanish skills.
