"Para o que precisávamos foi ok"

Espaço bom com 3 camas no mezanino e um sofá na sala com tv e cozinha, a arrumação esta ok, tudo organizado e no lugar, localização muito boa para o nosso propósito que era assistir o evento de triatlon no domingo.

limpeza (encontramos baratas no banheiro), equipamentos antigos (não testamos todos, apenas a geladeira que estava funcionando ok), o ventilador de teto balançava tanto que parecia que ia cair, optamos por manter desligado.

Localização - apesar de ser lado da avenida é próximo a praia e tem farto comércio na região. A propósito, tem um restaurante bem agradável ao lado com preços honestos e excelente atendimento.
