A equipe toda é muito querida. O café da manhã atendeu bem (uma das melhores tapiocas que já comi). O quarto tem uma vista belíssima.

A piscina é bem pequena para a quantidade de hóspedes, mas com tanta opção em Ilhabela, a última coisa que você irá fazer é ficar no hotel.

O serviço da Vanessa e das moças que trabalham na cozinha durante o café da manhã, foram excelentes. Sempre sorrindo, atenciosas, educadas! O quarto era ótimo, o café uma delícia com alternativas para todos os gostos e dietas, além de muito próximo ao calçadão para esportes pela manhã como acesso à praia tranquila e bem estruturada.

Apenas o sistema da TV na acomodação luxo ainda estava passando por uma atualização de SKY para SMART.

Un lugar mágico. No conocimos a Sarué el marsupial que es muy esquivo, pero és un lugar donde volveríamos són dudarlo. De ensueño, gente majísima...e Ilha Bella! belheza!
