Beautiful view and great price. Sweet host.

Firstly, the property is located up a mountain that is not reachable via bus or public transport beyond 8pm. We had to pay for a taxi which was very expensive. The room number 13 backed onto the kitchen and I could hear the staff cleaning up after dinner for many hours into the night which meant I did not sleep well. The staff were not prepared to give us the Ticino ticket which should be given to the guests upon check in. They did eventually organise it but we did not receive it In time for taking the bus.
