Propre et bien agencé, grande salle de bain, check-in sans contact, TV moderne.

Température très élevée durant mon séjour, ventilateur sur place mais insuffisant (isolation ou Clim nécessaire dans cette situation). La bouilloire et insalubre, il faut la changer.

L'emplacement est très bon, le service est fonctionnel

Isolation entre les étages très faible et bruits de talons assez tard dans la nuit dans la chambre supérieure. Chaleur importante dans la ville, la nuit sans climatisation a été supportable mais un peu chaude quand même. Aucun contact humain, c'est toujours un peu dommage de ne pas rencontrer les hôtes.

the room itself was lovely but the photos were misleading. It shows a garden and says overlooking the garden - the garden was over the other side of the road and if you stood on tiptoe and looked out of the window then yes you could just about see but that is very misleading. We were near to the lake which was lovely. It says on street parking but the problem is most of it has 1-2 hour parking restrictions so we ended up parking out of town and getting a bus or taxi back in so do beware of that - it was a headache

Room itself fine just parking was the downside

Fabulous location, nice bright room.

Wish there was more choice of tea than chamomile. Some people may struggle taking large suitcases up the stairs. No reception area as such but we did not have any issues with the information whatsapped to us. Enjoyed our stay.
