Localisation is good (in front of the lake and near the train station) The room was very clean all the time

While the hotel itself has potential, our stay was marred by several issues that management failed to address or communicate. First, the property is currently located in the middle of a major construction site. While I understand the hotel doesn't control the work, the loud noise starting at 7:00 AM was a huge disruption. We should have been notified of this before our arrival. Second, the soundproofing is quite poor. We dealt with heavy noise (jumping and dancing) from the room above us for hoursfor the first night, as well as disturbances throughout the day. We left a message on whatsapp to the hotel given we did not had any other way to communicate with them. They never answered. Lastly, there was a major lack of transparency regarding our booking. Despite being in constant contact with the hotel about our reservation, they only informed us on the day of arrival that we had a second "ghost" booking. While the error may have originated with the booking platform, the hotel's failure to mention this earlier—despite our frequent messages—added unnecessary stress to our trip. A little proactive service would have gone a long way.

Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Da es in einer Seite Gasse liegt ist es ruhig, wir haben super geschlafen. Gruss, Anni und Roland, Oberneunforn TG

La localisation était très bonne.

Impossibilité de régler la température de la climatisation, trop chaude.

Hübsches komfortables Zimmer mit grossartiger Sicht auf See und Berge. Zur Zeit jedoch Bauarbeiten auf dem Platz du Marché, verspricht wunderbar zu werden…
