This is a very good and secure place to stay near the centre of Quepos. The owners are very pleasant and helpful and provide an express washing service for clothes. The room was big with 2 double beds, very clean, with fridge, good bathroom and warm shower.

A little noisy from motorbikes during the day, but quiet at night.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, and the room was cleaned daily. The owners were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The property is nicely located, making it easy to explore the area. Parking was convenient, with a gated yard available on the property. Additionally, we appreciated the option to do laundry for $3/kg, which was very helpful during our trip. Overall, a great experience!

The bathroom had a very strong smell, likely from the cleaning detergent or liquid used. The scent was overpowering, and we had to keep the bathroom door closed and the window open at all times for ventilation.

Great people, everyone so friendly and helpful. Near to the bus station, everything nearby.

Attentive service! I asked if there is hot water for making a Ramen soup, the owner showed me how to cook with the microwave, however it's not how I would like to do it, so I thanked him didn't want to bother more, but I didn't make my noodles. He noticed it the day after while cleaning my room, when I'm back to my room, a water kettle was prepared in my room for me, I was supper touched.

It is a family own property and located at the end of the main street with low level noice from traffic. Location is convinience and easy to reach Bus termainal and animities. Bear in mind, It is simple and humble place to stay for couple days.
