Villa Beyond the Horizon

The location was very good, 5min by car to the old town/port. The pool and the view war great.

We booked the accommodation with four people and two small babies, 1 year and 1.5 years old. That was registered from the beginning. When we arrived at the accommodation, we had animal droppings in the bedroom, the floor was very dirty and there were spider webs all over the ceiling and walls. See pictures. I contacted the customer service the same evening and sent them the pictures. The housekeeping came on the 3rd day and cleaned it up. The A/C was also included in the price. However, no one informed us in advance that the electricity would be reduced at lunchtime and therefore the A/C would not work. An absolute cheek - especially when there are babies in the house and they have to take their midday nap at 30°C room temperature. And we stayed in this accommodation for a whole week under these conditions. Such an important information must be provided before the booking! Sorry but for this money an absolute NO GO! We were now in contact with the customer service for 2 months and in the end we were only refunded with £150. Better spend your money on other accommodation!
