Goede ligging tov Luzern. We kregen een gratis upgrade en hadden een zeer ruime en prachtig ingerichte moderne kamer. Het bed lag heerlijk en de badkamer was heel erg mooi.

Haren in de lades van de badkamer en geen horren voor de ramen waardoor ramen niet open konden zonder veel muggen binnen te krijgen. Het werd hierdoor erg warm op de kamer want er was geen airco.

Manque d’éclairage du parking et aux abords de l’hôtel lorsqu’on arrive la nuit. Manque une bouilloire pour the et café.

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war hervorragend – sowohl geschmacklich als auch in der Präsentation. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön, und das Gartenrestaurant lädt mit seiner gemütlichen Atmosphäre zum Verweilen ein. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem. Gerne wieder!

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Dusche ist für größere Personen etwas eng. Insgesamt dennoch absolut empfehlenswert.

L'hôtel est très bien placé par rapport à Lucerne. Le personnel est très aimable.

La chambre est dénuée de certains équipements basiques pour un hôtel à ce tarif. Pas de prises disponibles pour recharge de téléphone et pas de prise pour le sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain. Pas de frigo et pas de bouilloire ou de cafetière mise à disposition (pour une nuit sans petit déjeuner inclus). Isolation avec les autres chambres un peu légère.
