"Great restaurant, but hotel services stripped back to absolute bare minimum"

Great restaurant

When they say check in from 5pm , they don’t have a lobby to wait in and the bar is closed till 5 . So you literally have to wait outside till 5pm to get let in. This is very strange for a hotel or auberge . I’ve never experienced it before
