I canceled my 2nd night but was unable to cancel through booking.com. Edgar was always there, pleasantly refunded my 2nd night fee. He was calm & tolerant with my inability and frustration with a locked entry door. Always with a smile & offer to help. A very pleasant host.

I can’t rate this place highly enough. The rooms were comfortable, and it felt like living with a family! Edgar in particular is super kind and friendly, and was very helpful and caring when I fell sick in Cuenca. Thank you so much!

big bed and free laundry (up to 2 killo) excellent shower and big rooms (all beds were big ) no bunks. good location , close to attractions but far enough to not have all the traffic noise. defenatly recomended
