It was very nice clean

Clean and tidy

No information given at all on check in. No idea where to leave keys on check out. No staff to be seen. A booklet explaining the key to open outside door also might be helpful.

The only complaint I have was I was suffering with Trochenteric Bursitis and the stairs killed me. Everything else was great

The staff was friendly, the room had a full sized fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was in excellent condition. The bed was comfy and the room was warm.

Parking right outside. Friendly staff in the bar. The shower was good. Very clean and light when we checked in. They even put the lamps and TV on before our arrival.

Wasn't sure where to put the key when we left. So, I had to leave it on the small table by the front door. They could do with a box to put them in.

The staff were welcoming and when I asked to be moved to a quiet room, as I had requested on my booking and been assured of, they rearranged promptly.

The shower was stone cold and the plumbing made strange noises throughout the night. Possibly because I was on the top floor and there was a contraption in the bathroom which was obviously for water pressure purposes. It was noisy but it didnt work.
