"Don't come here ever."

I really liked leaving . I was releaved not to have caught any infection from being there. Probably because I covered the bed in bin bags and put the pillow in one as i didn't trust it was clean and other reviews said they caught bedbugs. If I had read the reviews I would not have booked. Lesson learned.

Disgusting, filthy, smelly, cold, no heating in late November. No help no reply. Squalid shithole. I should have slept in a skip or a public toilet as this would have been equivalent standards but a lot cheaper. It should be shut down. Not fit for a dog.

Room clean comfy

How to get into property not everyone can get apps was very confusing stressful and couldn’t get back into property so didn’t even stay the night . Should just be a code to enter property given when booked.

Fleeced me for 80 quid as did not reply to my request for date change or refund and then did not send me the details of how to get in. Scammers. I will avoid. Read reviews too late, many have said there are bed bugs.

"Terrible communication, the rudest staff I have ever encountered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

Nothing, the guy running this company is rude, belligerent and condescending. I wish I had read the reviews before booking here... lesson learnt

Where to begin? I made an enquiry 4 days before the booking to see IF I cancelled if I could get a refund. No response until the day of arrival and even then it took booking.com and the threat of a negative review to get a response (not sure why they are worried about negative reviews they are all over every review site you can find). Finally got a phone call from from a rude and condescending man who told me my booking was cancelled with no refund. I replied I haven't cancelled the booking, the booking was still active on booking.com so the cancellation only existed in his head, I have made an enquiry and if I cannot get a refund I will still use the room. To which he said I wasn't welcome and the room was no longer available. Not even sure how this joke of a company are even allowed on booking.com with this many bad reviews should be removed

"Bed bugs!"

My stay was extremely disappointing. The room had bed bugs, and the communal areas, including the kitchen, were very dirty. I contacted the property for a full refund but received no response, and Booking.com offered no help either. DO NOT stay here!
