Location stupenda, accoglienza molto calda, posizione ottimale sia per visitare Eastbourne (lungomare) sia per esplorare le vicine Seven Sisters. Camera confortevole, Pub molto bello con ottima proposta di menu!

"Would definitely stay again."

Excellent location and a nice pub. Had lunch there which was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room quite small but well equipped and adequate. Lovely modern big bathroom.

Breakfast was nice but not excellent. Coffee was very weak and orange juice was not the nicest. Thought it was on the expensive side and wouldn’t have if stayed again.
